What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, phone number, organisation, subject, inquiry type and message you provide. We collect nothing else about you on this site: there is no advertising network, no behavioural tracking and no third-party analytics script.
Why we collect it
We use these details to read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell them and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, run by Cloudflare as part of the infrastructure that hosts this website. Access is restricted to authenticated Ground Rebotics Pvt. Ltd. administrators, and the site is served over HTTPS.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while they remain relevant to an ongoing or potential working relationship. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Cookies and local storage
The public site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser’s local storage is used only to remember that you dismissed an announcement banner and that you have already seen the intro animation. Administrators who sign in receive a session cookie that is required for authentication.
